The National Academy of Information Technology for Persons with Disabilities (NAID) is organizing a webinar titled “Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) Applications for People with Intellectual Disability (ID) or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)”, on July 4.

The Webinar is one in a series of activities organized as part of the awareness program on assistive technology (AT) that NAID launched to support and empower PwDs, under the theme “Ideas by exceptional abilities.”

The Webinar will review the major uses of VR and AR applications, especially in learning for PwDs.

A group of experts and distinguished speakers are participating in the Webinar. It targets people with ID or ASD, caregivers and researchers interested in the effective use of modern technology in empowering persons with disabilities (PwDs).
